So, when Trump said he was going to appoint another right wing judge to ensure that HIS party could control decisions by the court, he was simply following the Constitution and he is correct, Republicans have control of the Senate and the Presidency, so he can.
So, yeah, the precedent the Republican Party just set is, do whatever you want when you have the power and fuck the majority. I just hope that you remember this precedent when or if Democrats have similar power. We can add judges if we want to when we have control of government. So, eat shit, minority. That's the precedent you guys set.
