What next?

as i thought i was doing everything wrong, i actually germinated and sprouted my seed in less than 3 days.. now that i can see 2 little oval shaped leaves what do i do now? the leaves are not fully up.. should i place the plant in the sun? there is supposed to be a bit of rain on wednesday and friday so will my plant survive? if i must put it under a light then could i use a reptile uvb light? it is 10.0 made for reptiles that live in the desert.

and how big should my plant be before i plant it into the ground?

just put it in the window and in a week when its bigger put it outside
