I'm curious..
do you cook your food, eat takeout, wife cook?
I just cook like a pound of beef or chicken or turkey with kale, ginger and other herbs and such and eat that in a day.

Yeah I need me a wife :)

Last night the hub ate, meatloaf, colcannon and glazed carrots washed it down with beer and he's taking the left overs for lunch. There's enough meatloaf for a weekend of sandwiches for him too.

Normal? Idk... whatever I feel like eating and whatever is around. I'm not too picky... I never really eat fast food or shit like that though, and I seem to crave what my body actually needs to stay balanced... instead of just what I desire, so that tends to help

but only a pound of beef or something is like a 5 minute snack lol... I'm only like 140lbs, no clue how you can make 1lb of meat last a whole day.

I make dinner for the fam every night but Fridays which is pizza night for the lil one.
Go grocery shopping on Saturdays and get whatever I've planned out for the week. It's all pretty easy stuff, starch/protein/veg but I've been on an Indian kick lately and I usually do my prep for the week on Mondays so I just have to throw it together quick. I don't go out to eat too much unless it's Asian or sushi or something I can't make well myself, and I suck ass at Asian stuff- surprising since I did culinary in San Fran and we had tons of Asian classes. most of the time I can make it better than a restaurant can and it pisses me off to pay the prices they charge.

I mix and cook it with like oniins, tomatoes, and kale, fruit, veggies. or rice and cook it all together,
i don't measure anything i just make whatever I'm craving..

and i still can't eat a lot a few months ago i could barley hold down fluid so i consider a lb of chicken quite an accomplishment lol

I make dinner every night, tho sometimes its leftovers from the day before. Usually meat, veggie and some starch (tater, pasta, rice, etc). Veggies tend to broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, brussel sprouts, or greens(kale, mustard, turnip). Rarely eat fast food, and pizza only when the kids come home. When I make pasta with red sauce or linguine and clams I also have a power salad

I do a lot of BBQing and smoking. I try to buy fresh ingredients that are in season and not shipped half way around the world. I'm single so I learned how to cook and turned out to be pretty good at it. I cook whole hogs now, make my own spaghetti sauce, developed a special grind for burgers, etc. Hell I even make my own beer from time to time as well.

I havent eaten fast food or drank a soda in years. Lost 45 pounds in four years by doing nothing other than not eating or drinking shit. I will make a cheesecake now and sit down and literally eat half that fucker and never gain weight. For me it was simply fast food and sodas that were fucking me up. Went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and had a full physical. Healthy as a horse. Not a thing wrong with me.

I like to cook but I'm really naughty. Yesterday and today it was gourmet beef burgers and before that chicken burgers. It'll be pies and soup next.

I can basically eat what I want and never look like a greedy fat pig if I eat everyone's desserts in a restaurant !! Plus when I go to friends houses I always get fed.

Btw I've been harvesting for 3 days in the last week so that's partly why. Now it sounds like I'm justifying it! Lol

My breakfast is always a pint of green juice of cucumber, carrot, celery, raddishes, brocolli, spinach, beetroot, lemon and ginger followed by 3 or 4 of my own chicken eggs when i get hungry. Thats a constant that never changes.
Then i normally make one pot style dish with legumes that lasts me 4 or 5 days and eat that once a day and if im hungry i whip up a salad or a vegetable based pan dish. Hummus is good go to food too. Then i eat fruit(whatever is in season) and nuts(mainly brazil nuts) whenever hungry in between meals.
