what is a normal meal for you?

I like to cook but I'm really naughty. Yesterday and today it was gourmet beef burgers and before that chicken burgers. It'll be pies and soup next.

I can basically eat what I want and never look like a greedy fat pig if I eat everyone's desserts in a restaurant !! Plus when I go to friends houses I always get fed.

Btw I've been harvesting for 3 days in the last week so that's partly why. Now it sounds like I'm justifying it! Lol
LOL today in my neighborhood :) all I want is some beer ..... and my main table STILL does not look like I touched it! OW.

for dinner i usually have some type of meat and a baked potato

for lunch its usually just a meal replacement bar

for breakfast its a bagel, banana and a protein shake

I don't like going to the grocery store, so I stock up on frozen goods.

I just went to the grocery store the other day, so I am eating foods like greek salads, roast beef, sea food salad, tuna salad, ham salad, prepared sandwiches, hot dogs, etc..

But, after I eat all this fresh food, I will go looking in the freezer. In My freezer, I have fish sticks, hot pockets, beef buritos, pizza, hungry mans, etc..

Jeez George, that's shit! Massive salt and preservatives, synthetic fillers. May as well dump the garbage can into a blender and make smoothies

Yeah, right now, I am poor, and I don't like cooking that much...

But it tastes good, and I have been losing weight. I weigh about 220 pounds right now.

I was running late to work, so I went with a gas station dinner tonight. Jack links peppered beef jerky and a half dozen krispy kremes. It feels like a nuclear holocaust is occurring in my intestines at the moment.

Having been married a Lllllllllloooooooonnnnnnngggggg time I cook most meals at our home
I really love grilling outside....... beef, chicken ,pork,fish and last but not least veggies I can make a meal out of grilled veggies....asparagus, yellow squash,onions , potatoes , green peppers , mushrooms we grill out 5 out of 7 days a week......weather doesn't impact us . We have 4 grills charcoal & gas and a smoker.......my mouth is watering as I type this ......tonight a pork roast on the grill......Yummy !

I am pushing 430 pounds, so I get my carer to pick me up two chooked chickens large fries milkshake that's 10am when I get up lunch I will eat two loaves of bread 500 grams of hot salami and about 12 cheese slices and dinner she will make me a big bowl of pasta with sauce and I will put 500 gram pack of mozzarella in that a loaf of bread I drink about 6 large icecream and milk shakes a day also 12 litres of coke but only in the 1.25 litre bottle cus the shit goes flat.

We need to get you on a diet, My friend.

The trick is to not eat as much, and space out your meals every 6 hours or so, to burn fat.

I heard that the best diet is organic vegan, but I can't go without meat and cheese. But its something to think about.

You can eat as many vegitables as you want, and still lose weight. Eat a lot of beans, salads, mushrooms, etc., and don't use low fat anything, because the low fat products are loaded with sugar, from what I have heard.

You will be much happier and healthier at 300 pounds or less.

Don't give up...

EDIT- And stop drinking soda. Instead, try vegitable juice.

sorry buddy it was a joke but I don't eat healthily by any means. Do I get all my food groups on a dominos pulled pork meatlovers with chili flakes? :)
