At least you are fair on the drone position. I still do not feel that waterboarding is torture and it was not considered torture previous to the Bush administration. The government says they dont torture people and then they extradite them to countrys that do more than torture. Your personal feelings about whether or not waterboarding is torture is irrelevant. It's defined as torture under US and international law. Think about it like this: Would it matter much to you if ISIS believed that what they do is not torture? Not even a little bit, right?
We executed Japanese officers after WWII for torturing allied POWs, that included waterboarding. FogDog linked an example in the 'Donald Trump supports torture' thread
