Finally managed to manually hump the last of the 3YO pile of firewood out of the bush today.

Now I have to make sure that my chainsaws & their multiple chains are up to the job.

This lot is Messmate (dense hardwood eucalypt) & should last us about 8-10 weeks.

EDIT: You can't see the really BIG stuff that's behind this small stuff - I just couldn't chuck it any further once I got completely knackered..

I can feel a lot of beers coming-on.......
what chainsaws you got, we have stihl's

Wiener Dog was running around demanding to shit at 4:30. Got that shit done!
Took little dog out to shit at 6:00. Got all that shit done. They ate.

Ground some Mota for a couple of my vapes. Worse than trimming but my Arizers are not as picky and gobble buds with no need to grind. I prefer unmolested nugs and so do my Solo and my Air.

Hold our planet in your thoughts, especially today.

I’ve been rebuilding a rotten ass bathroom floor frame for a lady in the evening after work and it’s the nasty shit I’ve done in years, it sucks so bad. With fucking inflation these days I’ve had to start doing side jobs as much as I can again and at my age I was hoping that was behind me but it doesn’t look like that is working out for me.

have you aquired a whole bunch of usefull pipes/wood/tiles and fixtuires n fittings from past jobs. so you can do work on the cheap, or to keep the price down on a job at least.?
we were talking to a builder for our concervatory, he quoted us one price for useing old parts and another for brand new parts

Actually I have quite a large inventory of old and used stuff but not so I can do it cheaper. I keep these things so I can do period correct restoration and charge extra. And I’ll be completely honest it’s cheaper for a customer to buy new products than to pay my labor to remove and clean materials for reinstallation, but on the other hand it is impossible to get some of these items except for old stuff. For instance a toilet with enough water capacity to flush a turd .

Pulled more weeds, only had one hole poked in me from the rose bush. I can see the stepping stones below my firepit in my hiding place under the oak tree now. Tied up the blackberry bushes. Only have under the roses out front to finish the weeding for awhile. My wood boring bits came in so I can start removing what's left of the old fence posts in concrete so I can replace them. Need to finish before it gets stupid hot.

I made the 90 mile round-trip drive to the nearest town to get a stupid $5 fitting to install this bitch today:

And did like 125 pushups so far today. New running shoes got here today so I should be getting back on track soon with walking ridiculous distances again.
