What the difference in having 8x2' Samsung led strip an 4x4' led strip in a 4x4 grow tent.
Their lengths and sometimes, voltages. What the difference in having 8x2' Samsung led strip an 4x4' led strip in a 4x4 grow tent.
For a 4x4 tent what would be the best build 4 4foot led strip or 8 2 foot strip or more ?Their lengths and sometimes, voltages.
Wattage and power will be the same . 4 of the 4` double rows and 8 of the 2` double rows will do the same thing. For a 4x4 tent what would be the best build 4 4foot led strip or 8 2 foot strip or more ?
I'll just go with the 4x strip instead of the 8x strip since the performance are the same.Wattage and power will be the same . 4 of the 4` double rows and 8 of the 2` double rows will do the same thing.
Just more wiring using the 2`s....not sure what else would be different.
If he's in a hurry cutter may not be the best option.I would highly recommend using the 2' strips and building 2 separate 2X4' fixtures. You'll have a lot less bulky a light to manage and hang and it will give you some leeway to raise one if needed from an unanticipated and surprise stretch.
But that's just my opinion.
Also, check out the cutter strips if you haven't already. Best value I can find. Such higher lumens than any other 2' strip.
