i had that before to , i never figured it out.... wasnt bug sacks... was like oozing outa the stem but it wasnt liquid

What does it smell like ?
The clap has a distinctive smell

If you don't catch it early it can spread looks like you caught it early tho
Id just scratch them off

If they come back get her to a doctor a.s.a.p.
