what are these white globs on my stem? (pics included)

Hey RIU so I found this on my one California Orange, wtf is it, a bug? How do I kill it?

could be the casing to bug eggs? know knows. rip that thing off. are there lots of them?

i had that before to , i never figured it out.... wasnt bug sacks... was like oozing outa the stem but it wasnt liquid

zero males to my knowledge, I dont see any in my crop!

What does it smell like ?
The clap has a distinctive smell

If you don't catch it early it can spread looks like you caught it early tho
Id just scratch them off

If they come back get her to a doctor a.s.a.p.

There are a decent amount of them, should I take her out of my garden?
