Management is good, but consider Finance or Accounting.

Both of those fields are looking to be in rather high demand in the near future.

It's funny, I've never heard a Japanese person say "At least I speak Japanese" or any other nationality brag about speaking their native language. Just an observation about something I find very odd. I guess they don't have much else to brag about. Maybe their google powers?
