Ok just a few more pics i took at lights out yesterday, the oldest flowering tray is 46 days old and the 2nd tray is 24 days old, but all is looking good....











Ok the 1st pic is of the 2nd flowering tray at 24-25 days old, but as you can see from the rest of the pics the 1st tray is maturing nicely and some brown hairs are starting to pop up all over the place so not long left now, lemme know what you guys think.......

they are looking good, try and see of you can take some pics in macro mode on your camera to get the focus right
those buds will fatten up nice, should be a nice harvest when they are done

Ok so hi all sorry its been a while ive been very busy with work and other personal shit i havent had much time to be on the internet at all so i do apologize, but the grow is still going and going strong but still not running at 100% but it will be soon.....

Ok so im gonna do a run through and update bit by bit upto the current date....

My 1st tray i put in at the start of april had a mix of gws and lemon clones, and the lemons were by far the better, the gws simply dont put on any weight at all and i mean like 8g per plant, which is crap.....but anyway heres some pics of some buds before i chopped down tray 1...









Ok so that was the 1st tray planted at the start of april and cut don about 2 weeks ago so maybe monday 8th june, and this is some of the harvest, in total i got around 250g's whichg i think was still ok considering i havent got the strain locked down yet and it was a miox of diff genetics, but heres some of the bud....but not all of it.....





Ok so ive still got my second tray which is ready to be cut this week, but as i was a bit of a stoned slacker and had some issues witht the frames for the flood table, i only got myb 3rd tray up and running when i harvested the 1st tray, so as you can see in the following pics i have 1 tray ready in 1 week, another tray ready in 6 weeks, and another tray ready in about 7, and soon another tray will be going and then i will get it set so its every 2 weeks but its not all as easy as it sounds lol.......anyway enjoy some pics....

Ok so now some pics of the tray i put in 2 weeks ago, these are all lemon/lemon haze, ive given up on the great white shark cos they just dont yield enough, and ive also given up on 25 pots under the light, i believe with 16 pots and net pots it gives the plants enough space with the RIGHT YIELDING STRAIN, to give 40g per plant, so 16 x 40 = 640g's, whereas if i got an average 23g's per plant x 24 pots = 552g's. So you see my thinking.........and i do believe i have 2 phenos of the lemon skunk 1 of which will easily do 40g per plant, but i have yet to determine which mother i forgot to label my clones but i have learned from my mistakes and this tray which is ready in 6 weeks will pinpoint my correct pheno, and then i will only use this.........but anyways heres the pics of the 2 week old tray....as i said all lemons/lemon haze's.....



And heres the tray thats about a week old, again this is a mix of strains because i didnt have any new clones, again this has been cos ive been so busy but will not be a problem now......


And finally some pics of the setup taken just 5 mins ago, its slowly getting there but at least ive got some end product which was awesome, the gws was very nice to smoke but such a crap yielder its being chopped, and the lemon was very nice aswell, it absolutely stinks when its chopped and stored but funnily enough my grow room doesnt smell that bad, and im not even running the carbon filter, but all in all its gettin there i have also started some other projects but ill update on them at a later date.

ALSO I WANT TO EXPERIMENT WITH SOME NEW STRAINS, I WANT AN INDICA OR INDICA DOMINANT NICE YIELDER FOR SOG AND STILL VERY POTENT, AND OBVIOUSLY 8 WEEKS FLOWERING TIME....I WAS LOOKING AT JACK FLASH BUT I READ IT WAS MAINLY SATIVA EVEN THOUGH IT YIELDS GOOD, LET ME KNOW GUYS

Whats the smoke like and has the bud got bag appeal? I need something nice an smelly aswell but im gonna have a look at the kush's now, thanks for the advice bro, anyone else got any strains they could recommend, or any info about jack flash in SOG........

well im from L.A. all we got here is Kush ...in my opinion... It's the best.. got the sour diesel too sativa strain ..

user bugsrnme is really really happy with a strain called Sweet God...

he says that strain is perfect for SOG....

Ok so another update, basically today i HARVESTED 1 tray which ahd 20 plants in it, i think it was 12 lemons, 7 GWS, and 1 lemon haze, i am posting the pics below.....

The tray just harvested....



Next tray about 5 weeks off, i know its off schedule but im slowly getting there as soon as that is harvested everything will be every 2 weeks.....



This 3rd tray is 2 weeks behind the above pic, so 7 weeks flower left.....

Ok some budporn and close ups of some plants although i havent mastered my camera yet so could be better.....











A double headed great white shark....i topped this about half way through flower because it was out growing the rest and hoggin the light.....



The new Super Lemon Haze from Greenhouse Seed Co, i cant wait to try this there was only 1 of them in this batch but more in the following, it seems to be a decent pheno and a decent yielder, so if it smokes nice i will be making this my main and only strain until i find something which is better.......its the 1 on the right closest to the camera....



Ok all im gonna hazard a guess at the final dry weight, i reckon there is 15oz there or 420 grams which would be a decent turn out, lemme know what you guys think.......

Also, a fresh set of all lemon clones are being put in the tray i just harvested tomorrow ive been trimmin for the past 5 hours and i am tired but comment and lemme know your thoughts......AND OF COURSE I WILL UPDATE WITH SMOKE REPORTS AND FINAL DRY WEIGHTS FOR EACH PLANT.......

Ok so a quick update, the plants are fairly dry and i thought id update you on the weights as they are pretty crispy.......as i said in the earlier post i thought there was 15oz, it turned out to be nowhere near that, i think mainly cos i forgot to add canna PK 13/14 in week 5, and also i have yet to nail down the perfect mother/pheno for my sog.......

Ok i have 2 white shark mothers and they are 2 different pheno's as you can tell by the weights......

WS - 11.8g
WS - 6.6g
WS - 5.7g
WS - 21.8g
WS - 18.5g
WS - 17.4g

As you can see 1 pheno is around the 10g mark and the other pheno around the 20g mark.....i think i am going to stop using GWS clones from now on as they are not too productive......and i want to get the correct lemon pheno as 1 of the pheno's gives me an oz/plant with canna pk mixed at right time......

Ok so the lemons now....in no particular order....i have 3 lemon mother/pheno's and i dont know which clones came from which, i am still tryin to nail it down but i wont know for 8 weeks as i'm just about to put a labelled tray in now so i finally get the right pheno for my needs......

Lemon - 25.6g
Lemon - 23.0g
Lemon - 13.2g
Lemon - 12.5g
Lemon - 12.3g
Lemon - 12.3g
Lemon - 6.1g
Lemon - 3.9g
Lemon - 5.6g

So as you can see from these results it looks like i have 3 pheno's there, 1 which yields low (5-6g) 1 in the middle (12-13g) and the one i want as my main source of clones the higher yielder (23-24g).....and you can assume that with the pk added at the right time it would of added another 5-10g's maybe per plant so im getting there slowly.......

And finally the long awaited Super Lemon Haze........

1 Plant Only - 10.8g

Sadly this SLH was underneath a monstrous GWS clone until i topped it to allow better light...this is also a reason why i dont want any more GWS because they are more sativa and grow taller and yield less........i will however put 4 SLH in the tray later or in the morning and see the results in 8 weeks time and decide from there.....

I have also decided to go for another Indica dominant plant and i have chosen Violator Kush......i will be ordering the seeds in the next few days and raising them up with my current mothers, which i only just changed recently.........

Yeah it is a decet harvest my setup has more than paid for itself now but if i get this locked with the right pheno of lemon i can get an average 1oz/plant with 16 pots which is 16oz, but i still think it could be tweaked more so i get say 35g's/plant, this is what im aiming for, and it will happen trust me lol.............do you agree with my results showing there are 3 diff pheno's for the lemon and 2 for the GWS?? Thanks for the comments bro.....

Nice set up mate, I like the flood & drain trays, always meant to give them a try... Used to use the primair as well, lost it a whileback in a move so I got the SMC now, which i feel controls temps better than the prima did.

Regarding your yield, I think that you might be harvesting a little early as most of the pics that you've shown of the plants harvested look a kinda early to me. This and mixed pheno's/ strains is holding your yield back. I have grown the lemon skunk and in general it has a few 10-11 week phenos, main pheno seen is the 9 weeker, but the one to look out for that is perfect for SOG finishes in 8-8.5 weeks is short dark green leaves, lime green bud and quite a few thick orange pistils... this is the very nice stinky pheno you may have come across on the street if you buy from anyone. I grew 40 of them and only had 1 of that particular pheno.... had some other very nice girls but none apart from that were ready before 9 weeks.

I see that you are looking at AC for summer which is a great idea.... the portable type is the least efficient... ideally you want mini-split with inverter technology this type of unit is AA class in efficiency which means it will deliver close to the rated BTU cooling capacity. If you must get a portable AC then you would want a split-portable unit with inverter technology, although these units are expensive- typically £500 for a decent one, very good units can cost £800+. For your room 8000btu in the summer portable AC will not cut it, trust me... you will require a minimum of 4000BTU per 1000w so prolly around 12000BTU with one of them split-portables if the room is south facing around 9000btu if not.... This is with a good inverter AA unit... not the single hose (which is the worst type) or the dual hose (funnily enough the second worst ).

I hope you don't take that as a bash on your skils set up or future plans mate... Just trying to save you some time and money having gone through similar experiences myself
