HSO - The New update.
Ok more training tonight which just involved adjusting the tie downs on the plant to pull it lower and wider while supercropping all branches to get the flat top. The pot noodle tub was in place for any cuttings for cloning but wasn't needed and I forgot to remove it. Bloody Gorilla gets the blame. Next update will have top down images of the canopy.
Nothing else has changed so that's it for now.

Dinafem Purps#1 - Day 46 Flower
Buds are getting really solid, most of the older pistils have now changed colour as can be seen in the photo. New pistils are starting to come out and I would expect the buds to bulk up some more over the next to weeks. Feed is now at EC1.4 a mix of Ionic Bloom and Ionic Boost.

Dinafem - Gorilla - CBD
All three seedlings are up nice and healthy. They have only been given ph5.8 water with a little seaweed extract as and when needed. They are under two old quantum boards dialled down to 200 watts total and the light is about 2.5ft above the pots.

Dinafem - Purps#1 update.
While in the flower cab this morning stringing up top colas I spotted the dreaded Bananas on a smaller top bud, so no messing about and chopped the top bud of and took a photo. I looked over the rest of the canopy the best I could and didn't see anymore, hopefully it stays that way for the last 14 days till harvest.
I will be reducing the feed levels a little on the next res refill and slowly get it down to about EC0.7 for the last 3 or 4 days of flower.

i wouldnt of chopped brother, this far into flower it would of done no harm. Late flowering nanners are very common.

@ThatSpudGuy yeah totally agree, this was a tiny top bud that was well under the canopy so no loss really. I wont be removing anymore if they develop as the strain is said to be a 60 day job so only 2 weeks to go really. As soon as them trichomes get to about 50/60 cloudy chop time.

either way its a great grow. have always wanted to try Dinafems Purps but just been so busy with other stuff. great job man
