Why doesn't the government listen to the senate board that recommended the legalization of marihuana for recreational use. in its 2002 study which probably cost how much to just f@&&& ignore it!!! Hopefully Trudeau has some balls and stands behind his legalization stance. Like he once stated!!!

Just as they redistribute wealth toward themselves and their associates, they redistribute cost away from themselves and their associates, and toward the populace. They enrich themselves (unjustly) by legislating mandates to legally obligate us to fund our own oppression... while they label it things like "public health" and "public safety" and "public benefit."

Essentially, they're grabbing our wrists and making us hit ourselves, while saying "stop hitting yourself! stop hitting yourself!"

Well legalization wont be for the people, if it was then we'd be able to do as we wish with the plant Its going to be commercial legalization just like smokes and it'll cost. Look at smokes, the gov bitches about the extra cost that smokers add to the health care system BUT hey if you pay them enough for smokes they'll look the other way and be more then happy to collect the tax.

...and in a system with privatized health care, not provided gratis by the government, what excuse do they have? Can they really bitch if i want to do something that eventually makes me ill, which either causes me to pay ALL my resources into a heavily taxed and regulated healthcare system, or die? They profit from people paying for medicine! They should WANT me to get sick! The only reason they act like it's a problem, is not "healthcare costs," but rather, reduction of projected tax revenue from each individual. They don't care about "health," they care about having as many drone-taxpayers as possible. If you're too sick to work, you're not benefiting the establishment, and are therefore "bad." This is clearly their motive, and yet so comparatively few people become outraged by this. The governments treat people as if those people's projected tax revenue is already owned by the government, so when you do anything that reduces your capacity to pay taxes, the government acts like you're "stealing their resources from them," when in fact, it never had the right to claim resources you've not yet obtained, in the first place.

SO MUCH THIS! People all want to think that 'legalization' means it will just be free and wild. it won't. Look at the states. It's a highly-regulated corporate shitstem run by former cops, lawyers, judges and black market kingpins. Fuck legalization.

Cant wait for the day i can bill my insurance company for marijuana...YOINK!
I think it'll be opposite, once its legalized they'll do as little as they can do give it a DIN number and instead they'll create drugs from it which will get a DIN number.
