Weed does not grow in height

This plant is about 2 weeks old, and every day it grows a little more, but not in heght. I have a 300W light that is on 20 hours a day and I give nutrients.
Today I noticed that some leafes are a bit curled up, is that a problem? What could it be?
I dont know what I'm doing wrong, do I have to train the plant? In that case, what do I have to cut?

What medium are you using? What are your humidity and temp levels at the canopy level?
Indicas tend to be a little shorter and bushier
Also if you have this under the center of a 300 watt light or something the light can cause it to stack densely like that. I have had it happen...if so and you want it to stretch a bit raise the light. Right now it sees no need to grow tall to the light
The slight bit of curl could be heat, light intensity or nothing at all.
Are you using a foliar spray? Looks like something whitish on some leaves.

I'm not using a spray and the light is 30cm above the plant. I'm using soil as the medium and temperature is always between 20 and 30 degrees celsius, humidity always between 50% and 60%

Don't you think that with some training the plant will give better results?
With that tight of node spacing I wouldn't do any training atm.
Later when it gets an inch or so higher personally I would just go with LST. If that goes well for you then next time try to move onto different high stress training if you want.

Oh yeah i trained the fuck out of her. Ive taken multiple branches off, topped the main trunk and one branch that is weirdly bigger than the rest.... Shes still a very slow vegger and even though ive done 2x as much training on the rest of the plants, she is behind. But looking promising.

Looks healthy. It must be from clone? The first node is so close to the dirt because it was planted low...or when cloned that node ended up right on the substrate. Judging from leaves, it must be indica or indica dom. I've had plants that were super tight internodal spacing before. I always liked it that way, short and dense. The more stretchy it is, the more airy the lower and side buds will be because they are relatively much farther from the light, compared to the tops.

Its looking good. Good luck!

I doubt its from clone. Its growing symmetrically usually meaning a non “adult” plant.

Your light is too close. Notice the purpling on the top side of the stems. You're basically giving them a suntan.

Also looks like you've backfilled the medium onto the plant.

Yes, training is always a great idea.
But your plant is too short, and doesn't have enough nodes to really do much. Wait for it to grow another inch, and top it, then LST the side shoots when they grow.
If you want to make her stretch alittle, give it less light, or give her a red spectrum light.
Blue spectrum encourages plants to be squat. This is generally considered good and why veg lights are white or purple instead of yellow/red.
The plant looks great, if the leaves are curling it could be just a tad too much light again.
That or potentially a start of nute burn. A canoe shape is usually heat, while a hook on the end is more nutrient burn.

What would you suggest to do in my case?

No, it was from a seed, I’ll see if it survives haha
