I've been having some powdery mildew problems my last two grows and I picked up a gallon of Regalia, I'm doing a soil drench at 1 tbsp Regalia to 1 gallon water, wondering if that's enough.

I was just doing a foliar spray once per week using 2ml of regalia per 250 ml water and stopped the second week into flower. I was drenching them, using the entire 250 ml making sure I got the stems as well.

That stuff is amazing! I had a pretty serious infection and I didn't even have a little this time around.

I'm pretty sure I used to use 2 tblsp per gallon and I used to do both soil drench and foliar. Been a few years and that was outside. I'm going to start using it again inside during my next grow though.

Also got about three grams of kief out of the trim bin. I've been enjoying puffing on that for the past couple days.

Sure am. I really like the wedding cake for nighttime use. My last crop was so full of seed that I haven't really touched it much.

Wouldn't mind growing it again. How was your experience with your WC crop?

It’s super strong. Like too strong if I do too much. I smoked one bong hit of some with kief and my body was like convulsing and I couldn’t stop shaking. I was tripping out and it was crazy. Not doing that again because it gave me anxiety . I am such a light weight . I still have some seeeds so will grow it out for my family or something. They like it. They like whatever I grow. Lol it’s the strongest they smoke.

Hi, unfortumately no, it is nearly useless for growing. I recommend you this webinar for beginning.

Usefull par meters are not so cheap, but there are some other ways. I found test of “photone app” - on Iphone it gave pretty similar results like apogee instruments par meter. Not ideal for professional users, but for us acceptable way….

Through trial and error I think I've found the sweet spot with my lights. 100% power with three lights is just too much for a 6x3 grow space.

Over the weekend I built my new frame for my scrog. I'll probably lace it up next weekend once the tops are a little closer.

Plants are three weeks old and I'm running 720 Watts of quantum boards and the grow area is 6 x 3.

Pure crop one is amazing.
And spraying wetable sulfur along the walls has helped alot.

Ive learned that u should spray weekly up to week 2-3 of flower to help reduce the chances of getting pm

You have got about 1.6m2, have 720w lights. I estimete efficiency of your lights about 2umol/j (in best case, maybe worse) it gives us in best situation little bit under 900 umol/s/m2 in best case. It shold be ok even without co2 if you handle all other conditions…

I love DWC, especially bubblers, I am plannig do some grow repoorts soon, actualy i plan a new box. My last graw was 3 years ago. You gave me a lot od energy and ispiration, thx.

I do alright, managed to get over a lb from that room in a scrog. I don't do DWC or scrog anymore, coco and drip has made my life so much easier.

What type of box are you making?

Nice photo!! So emotional, it bring to me memories from years when i studied :-)

I want box about 70*70cm (cca 2.5 *2.5 feet) walls covered by orca foil (great reflextivity) i had 2 diy ligths from vero 29 5000k for grow and 3000k 90cri for flowering, automated by diy arduino controller (temp, humidity, water level in bubbler, lighting). I would like to make 2 of them to be able to make experiments (i smoke abou 3times/year growing is hobby for me). On picture is think different by dutch passion it is auto strain. Didnt need any training just enough blue light, especialy at beginning.

some ideas how to make it bether? It has been a long time ago :-)

That's really sweet of you Amber, thank you. I bought a five pack of chemdog after watching your journal. They died in a series of unfortunately events lol. I pivoted to wedding cake after that.

I have 11 meltdown seeds seeds going now that will be ready to go into the room around the 20th of Nov. I got my med permit so I can grow up to 50 plants... Crazy I know! Going to do a pheno hunt with these regular seeds then the plan is to run clones in a sog.

Your scrog looks great! For my first couple grows I treated every leaf like it was precious. I started defoliating on my last successful grow but not to the level that I've done this time. Even with defoliating I ended up with a ton of larfy popcorn buds at the screen level. I'm trying to avoid having that issue again.

LG! whats up? its so weird that the wedding cake i am growing now is freaking PURPLE! i don't know what happened to my wedding cake pictures but I dont recall Wedding Cake being purple. I checked your Wedding Care pictures' here and i don,t think yours were purple. Do you know of wedding cake ever being purple?

Hi Amber,

I did get a little bit of purple towards the end of flower, but it was in the leaves only, not in the bud. My WC grow probably wasn't a great representation 'cause I took it down too early. It's nothing like the dark purples that you're about to see from @BobBitchen's genetics.
