Watering with epsom salts?

So I have a blumat watering system and am adding epsom salts to the res. Was wondering how much you all put in for 5gals? I have been spraying as well

I put 1 tsp per gallon.

You can also sprinkle the epsom salt below the drip emitters too.

I did put some on the soil under the drip heads but then I want to make sure they keep getting some so I thought hey let's add to the res. These blumats are game changers bushing plants I have ever had. Like 70's bush.

Magnesium dissolves almost instantly and stays suspended, so there's no need to sprinkle any on your medium.

The spray by itself should be sufficient, soil drenching with Epsom Salts provides minimal results compared to foliar feeding.

Should Epsom foliar not be sufficient for your needs, consider Langbeinite. Good stuff, and it will last you much longer than Epsom Salts, dissolves in water and should work in unison with your Blumats. The high K made me hesitant to try Langbeinite; however I've used it for 3 seasons now with zero issues. Haven't used Epsom Salts since.

I tested with epsom salt and put in glass of cold water and took forever to dissolve then put in warm water and dissolved pretty quickly. I have gone to dissolving it in a glass of warm water then adding to my gln or In the blumatts reservoir.I dissolve it in warm water and then add it to it. Just how I’m doing it from now on. You should take a glass of water we’re u can see the crystals and try for your self and see

I do the same. Also helps with molasses
