Go ahead Donald oppose funding for Ukraine, this will make Vlad howl and dance more. If he were ever win the election, then Europe might hit the Russians and be done with them before Trump gets inaugurated, his master in Moscow could be dead or close before Trump is sworn in. They might just give Ukraine all they have and hope for the best, because Russia sure as shit won't have much left when the Ukrainians are done using it up, airpower and all.

The Kursk sinking did that decades ago...
True, the Kursk is more recent, but the US has also lost subs,Thresher and Scorpion, both nukes and w/all hands,it's been taken for granted w/passage of time how dangerous the forces encountered and the complexities involved really are,not to mention the claustrophobia and sunlight deprivation

My city is host to Battleship Cove, and there is a WW2 sub there the "Lionfish" ,and how men spent time underwater in that cramped thing sweating out depth charges and lowering O2 levels all the while reeking like a swamp is in itself a test of physical and mental endurance that is deserving of medals.

It was the incompetence and callousness of the rescue effort and the delay in asking for help. Also using that kind of missile or torpedo fuel abord any ship, much less a sub is nuts and an accident waiting to happen.

Back then they were called pig boats by the Americans and Germans, but the German ones were far worse, and you could smell them before you could see them after a patrol.

I remember US/NATO offering help,Russia(w/a newly installed Putin) for reasons of pride/espionage opportunities/disregard for their brave sailors said NYET.

Yeah US subs were bigger and longer range for the Pacific, think they had rudimentary AC also ,along w/the best chow, gotta be eating good for morale. But I've been in the Lionfish and it's TIIIIIGHT,I'd feel confined on a Trident.

Tucker must be looking for the secretary of state job in a new Trump administration. I guess there is a buck in treason and fans who will believe the bullshit he spouts. Another Alex Jones who is being sued too and he might end up like Alex Jones or worse, Trump's press secretary!

He thinks Trump will win, like he thinks Russia will win. I hope they sue him out of financial existence.

Maybe this spring or summer the Europeans and Joe figure the Russians are ripe for the picking and will have had enough of their inherited Soviet hoard of military shit reduced and their military destroyed. Airpower, once the Ukrainians pave the way by taking out SAM sites in Ukraine and force the Russian to move some back home, might just do the job and break the Russians. Better to envelop them and force mass surrenders with few casualties on your side, and fewer on theirs too, than a pitched battle.

This summer would be a good time to kick Russia's ass out of Ukraine with an American election and Biden closely aligned with the NATO cause. Success with the economy, society, international relationships, industrial policy and on the battlefield. Defeating an American foe for decades, thwarting imperialism and defending the constitution, should count for something, among those who are smart enough to count, to five. Joe is a winner and anybody who thinks otherwise is a loser and that is backed up by facts and data, it's not just my opinion.

He might be old, but he gets shit done, including doing in Vlad before he's done.

Ukraine has some aid problems, but Russia is in far worse shape and appears to be teetering on collapse, at home and on the battlefield. They will be when Ukrainian airpower shows up and the missiles are arriving in lieu of artillery shells, but they are getting increasing numbers of them too every month. Then there are a million Ukrainian FPV drones swarming the battlefield like flies.
