Want to switch from CFL to HPS.. help me find the way.

I have a thought.... if there is any where else you could grow you should move there. You can grow a lot more than 3 plants with that light. the plants look great but you should use ALL of that wonderful light you have.

well, I could've added more to this grow space but considering the lamp system I used to have that wouldn't have been practical. I'm going to finish this grow then step it up next time

okay.. I inched it down a little. Now the top most parts of the plant are about 1 foot from the lamp. Before moving the temp was 73.5.. we'll see how much this changes.

hey.. here are the latest pics of my grow using the new setup.. the first was right before a watering, pic #2 is some leaf yellowing on the second plant, and the third is the top of my second plant, and I'm seeing a few indications on this plant that it may be low on nutes. I've planted them in Miracle-Gro potting soil and pH water but haven't added any other nutes. I'm about 50 days into this grow.

What do you all think? Should I add just a touch? I've got some water soluable 20-20-20 food I was considering at low dose. Or is it not worth the risk?
