VOODOO does it work? Is it worth it?

Have you ever had a plant that just didn't fit your set up or just grew too slow or fast and doesn't fit your schedule? I have always cloned four and use the best three. I have a real hard time throwing them out so they end up just hanging around the veg room...taking up space. I use Voodoo twice in my veg stage and once in early flower, with the girl in question I watered with voodoo and for some reason (to get her out of the way)I placed her on my ez-cloner covering 4 of the holes. The ez-cloner has straight water. Not thinking twice I just left her there for 3 days. I went to clean the ez-cloner yesterday and low and behold this is what I found.VooDoo005_zpscd635039.jpgNothing special, Appollo/c99 is the strain, is a little finicky for cloning and has a nice uplifting high. Its never been a big yielder for roots...until now!VooDoo004_zps916acf40.jpgVooDoo003_zps16bcf5e5.jpgVooDoo002_zps8d287498.jpgVooDoo001_zpsf09c1c0a.jpgThis is 3 days on top of the cloner, a cloner with straight tap water and a strain that has one of the smallest root mass in my strain collection. This only leaves the additive VooDoo...Does it work? I'm convinced.

Yes it does work. I use Roots Accellerator and voodoo juice with great success. Advanced is the ONLY company that has scientists who formulate their products for medical marijuana. Hence sensi grow, sensi bloom, sensizyme and so on..

C'mon man are you kidding, a plant can only uptake around 16 elements, so what is advanced con doing that no other man can make a plant do?

Sadly right now they are the only company that has the BALLS to call it what it is. I use AN for one reason, it works well for me. I don't use all 16 but understand their use...if I ever need it. A good example is their Rhino Skin product. If you have ever used a silica base like pro-silicate then you know it doesn't react well with others, and spikes your ph . Rhino doen't do that...wonder why? Its the research behind the bottle. If I ever find a better product I will use it for sure but until that time comes I will use AN. I didn't want this to be a bashing session, just want people to see what the product is capable of and would be a benefit to any garden or nutrient line.

Because it's only .15% Silicon Dioxide, still derived from Potassium silicate which comes in at a whopping .4%. Sure it won't react, there's nothing to react from!!
I'm an AN user too but this shit is pure shit. I had to say this because I call it like it is too. Si is naturally alkaline, no way around it. If you are using it as a ph up you need something stronger like the 7% Pro-Tek or Humboldt S.I. at 6%.
S.I. is good because it has no K so it will not alter your N-P-K. AN at $30/qt + for Rhino is just a plain rip off.

I do use proteck instead of rhino skin but their products like Mother Earth tea and their entire lineup rules. I have been using it for close to four years and love every minute of it

Your correct but so was I...the formulation is not only based on the needs of the plants alone but how it reacts to other additives. Too have that ability alone is worth the $30 bucks. Stronger is not always better. Like I said I use both products for different reasons, for continuous use though Rhino is by far a better overall product. Do some research on the subject, is 6 or 7% required...no but having the ability to mix with anything/anytime with no reactions is GOLDEN especially when ease of use is a priority. Well balanced care is the key to a problem free room.

@sirGanga - Could you do me a favor and take 1 liter of RO water and add 1ml of Rhino and take a ppm reading? I get on the Europe AN site and it says the N-P-K is 0-0-13. If that is really the concentration than maybe Rhino is stronger! The American site says 0-0-.4 which would make it a rip off unless they just printed that for state regulations. The PPM reading would tell for sure. Thanks. I will do the same with Pro-Tekt and SI today and we can compare.

EDIT
1mg/l dose (.5 Conversion)
Humboldt = 86 PPM
Pro-tekt = 55 PPM

Hey growers. I guess this is the best place to post my question since it is on nutrients. What I was wondering is why doesn't anyone that I see on YouTube or anything else show people using Advanced? I was a faithful user but I took some time off and now I'm looking for all the new tricks as I get back to growing. Can anyone recommend some good products along with their ppm strength throughout the life cycle of the grow? Thanks!

Mother Earth tea is the best with all the bud enhancers

I need to ask was the ez cloner on. Does it have an air pump with a air stone? Because if that's the case my answer is this. I've done it. The moisture that the plant has access to is heavily oxygenated. That's like nitrous oxide to a plant. I've had cuttings root like a birds nest in a net pot I had inside a measuring cup with straight water and an air stone. A bubbler. The roots were so intertwined and tangled I had to cut apart the net pot to free the bitch.

Yes it was on and fresh plain water ph balanced. Since this episode I now use my cloner a little differently. I place my clones into 2" cubes and set them on an open hole on top of the cloner, would you believe it!...100% success rate so far. If this keeps up I will change my technique permanently.

Yea the oxygenated water vapor makes a huge difference. I use a net pot measuring cup with an air stone with a pump. I put my cuttings in root shooters right into hydroton. Makes roots like bird nest. It's fuckin sick. Try using a net pot with hydroton. I would suggest using a done of some sort to keep moisture high. I have a pretzel container made of plastic that I use. It's clear and it keeps the cuttings moist. Besides its big enough to get a good 6-8 inch cutting and still have room to not touch top or sides.
