Rooted, clones, dying after transplant

I’ve never had this happen before. Back in the day I did it in a cloning tray. Started using easy cloners a while ago. I’ve always gone straight from the cloner into my soil and never had a problem. Now every single one of them are dying. I don’t use a humidity dome. I’ve been keeping them under the same light.
I think it’s the soil that I’m using now. I’ve never used the soil before for babies.
Build a soil 3.0
It runs pretty hot
Are the nutrients in the soil killing my clones?
The photo is of a clone that I just pulled out of the soil and put back into the water because after about three hours in the dirt, it was laying on its side. Perked up once I put her in the cloner again.
I put them into the soil and then water them in. Been doing it the same way for years.
So yeah, is it the hot soil?
