Now I'm confused. One of the 3 cuts in my cloner also wilted. The other two are fine.
I pulled the pot of one of the wilted plants. There was a white residue on the pot and hydroton. I have no idea what to think about this, was fresh water and only added maxibloom powder, which didn't fully dissolve. Not sure if it settled out in the pots
Lol, u must always think into the future. eff the fish pond idea, until you get the basics. First thing you need to consider is what kind of light, how tall of plants and how much clearance between light and ceiling and plant + light.
Yeah a bit of a dreamer. Tonight I'm pulling out my aquaponic construction manual and making a materials list for my outdoor unit. Plan to go to home depot and get the wood and start building.
As for light I have a 400w hps and 240 w led for now. Will upgrade when I can, but can't until I have a bigger room to put it into. So plants probably 4 ft max + system + lights.
I'm probably best off with the 32"x32"x84" to be safe to have enough headroom to fit filter and fan all in as well
When I first got the internet way back when, I thought it was the coolest shit ever. All these years I'd love to just see what is out there, I loved stumbleupon when it came out. These days though I often open up a browser window and just stare at the google search screen. I look at the same handful of sites and quick searches if I need info on something. But no longer do I go looking for new things. I think I've become jaded with the internet.
I used to go down the rabbit hole so to speak never knowing where I'd end up and or learn along the way. I loved the random knowledge. Pawn of all trades king of known.
You need the VPN I got... it lets you choose where you want to be from I can be from Cali or Netherlands, my choice (or a bunch of other locations). I could actually post my vids on youtube without worries now -- except for the fact i'm not making any since i'm not growing someday.... well july if i have my way and move to CA
