All I know is that I went from an average monthly electricity bill of $1200, down to about $900. Switching to the TOU plan probably accounted for about $50 of that savings.

But go ahead and inexplicably melt down about it. It's popcorn worthy.

nice to see all the debate, i will read it later.

I have just bought 2 25W UV-B Bulps for reptiles (Exo Terra Reptile UVB 200)
Will see if it makes a relevant difference in quality. I will let you know end of January.

(they are "normal" E27 bulps and cost 20€)
