Vegging time for scrog?... :)

Well then guys im going to try my first scrog! Ive read bits and bats of this method and am confident in trying it out.

My grow room as follows,
3m long x 1.5m wide around 2m high
2x 600w hps in a double 6 inch cool tube heat extracted rite out the room
A 5 inch intake
6 inch exhaust carbon filter
4 original uk cheese from clone in special bat soil

The clones have been vegged for around 2 weeks now and are 9inch tall

So ive made my screen its around 10inch above the soil so plants are just under touching the screen so the big question is guys!

HOW LONG SHOULD I BE VEGGING DURING THIS METHOD?
ALSO IF ANYONE HAS ANY TIPS WOULD BE GREAT!!!

The bigger that the plant gets in scrog, the more surface gets light = the plant will use more energy to grow, then use more nutes etc. veg time in scrog will very from strain to strain but once u fill 80% of the net, cut off the under growth(use for clones) and then switch to 12/12. You will use this technique and love it, once u scrog u won't go back

Lol I couldnt tel ya untill I see that screen filled and even then it would be a random guess because every strain is so different

I've been getting between 2oz n 2 n half oz per plant vegging for 10 days (original uk cheese) using a 600w light to 6 plants I dunno if that's getting on the best I can out of a plant??? U think???

For vegging for only ten days and getting 2.5 oz dry under a 600w I'd say your doing pretty good, if You scrog u could get a pound per plant depending on how long you veg..

I'm goin to try and veg for 5-6 week because I'm goin away end of July hopefully the screen will be near full as there over a foot tall now they have been in around 2 week

Yes already done 3 1 of the plants were looking abit slower than the others so i didnt do that one but looking alot better now so maybe do it tommorow. Quick question aswell when i get to taking all the undergrowth off do i take all the leaves and everything off? Or just the little branches?

Well bit of an update spencer ive put my double cooltube up ;) the screen is over them also topped the last plant that needed doing. Tops of them are just over the screen. Just a few questions if you could help me????

Should i be using both lights now or wait untill i flower?

My exhaust is currently carbon filter=cooltube=(fan outside room sucking) is this ok as theres high temps coming from cooltube?

I'd just veg with one light man, flower with two and yes temps play a huge role in your plants development ! And yes your set up for, filter, cooltube, fan sucking, is perfect but u need cool air circulating around as well unless your running co2? Also giving co2 allows your plants to do well under high temps

I have an 5 inch intake aswell as 2 oscilating fans. Im just hoping that the 6 week veg is gona be enought because the strain i have is not really bushey
