Vaccinated stay contagious longer than Unvaccinated

I don't get heartburn if someone chooses not to get vaccinated but I am uncomfortable with the folks who without any professional training whatsoever are discouraging vulnerable people from trusting their own doctors about whether to get vaccinated. People are literally dying because of the bullshit that keyboard experts are spewing. I hope that nobody is taking vaccination advice from stoners but ignorance is pervasive.
In California a law was just passed which doesn't allow doctors to give any covid advice to patients which is outside of "contemporary scientific consensus", so the whole idea of "getting advice from your doctor", really just means that you will get whatever advice is handed down by the ruling elite.

Almost Twice as Many Republicans Died From COVID Before the Midterms Than Democrats
Democrats have long been more healthy than Republicans in general. Of course when a population is less healthy, they will see increased mortality during a pandemic.

Junk scientists doing junk science to be able to sell their snake oil has been dangerous.

Every state expects medical doctors to practice at professional standards supported by contemporary science. Doctors who fail that test aren't doctors for long anywhere in America. And taking medical advice from people who are less than elite, whatever that means, seems like a Darwinian bad choice.

What about when the medical doctors' practice IS based on contemporary science, but doesn't conform to the general "consensus"?

Each state has a medical board that issues license to practice in their state, they are the "general consensus" for their state. If the board feels the Dr is using unproven methods they can revoke the license to treat patents. There are other licenses for research and experimental methods, but not for use in general practice. Insurance companies will not cover a Dr without board certification. There is even a crime for this is called practicing medicine without a license and they can face fines & jail time.

These are licensed doctors, and the bill does not apply to any speech outside of discussions directly related to COVID-19 treatment with a direct physician patient relationship.

Perhaps, however I don't see too many people upset that Einstein questioned Newton's law of universal gravitation.
Expanded on would be a better term. It is also a picked cherry.

It is also worth pointing out that a small minority of MDs are scientists. They generally partner with scientists for things like clinical studies.

So, like I said.. The idea of consulting with your doctor is a moot point, since they can only give you the specific information which they are allowed to give.
