I would run them all day long. What do yoy suggest?

how long are you running yours?
ive used the 2 x 18W T8 version of what i beleive is the same as the reptisun (its labeled 10.0) that comes with the california lightworks, and 12 hours def burns/stresses. if the agrosuns really have that much more uvb id start with 1-2 hours a day and work your way up

I'd do 15 mins every hr of 12hour cycle.

I honestly feel 15 mins an hour would be smarter.
you base that on what ?

high noon exposure @ 1 to 2 hours is a ruff average of the uv users I could find on a simple search of threads & the idea is to irritate to get a protection response but bombardment of uv all day @ 15 minute shots ?
that's a 1/4 of the whole day
seems to me y'd do more than a protection response but damage ?

Expensive. I think the agromax is better.
well only if paying 2 bucks more for american made is expensive,in my world thats a small price to pay for freedom ;) bro i been running agromax 6500k, 10,000k,and 2700k in my t5's for about 5 years, the power veg is a full spectrum and yes it could also be used to flower.but looking at that bulb you like i would say its a recipe for herms.heres a quote from that dude who kinda sounds like a agromax rep talkin about his agro-tent lol.

"So this is what I can tell you about the latest offering from Agromax, the Pure UV T5 bulbs work really well but there’s a caveat; they’re not for beginners. What these bulbs achieve, in layman’s terms, is enhanced trichome production by means of stressing the plant and making it go into defense mode. Trichomes will literally ooze secondary metabolites because of this. However, these bulbs are so intense that if used by a novice without a recycling timer the chances of burning up the canopy are pretty high. As mentioned in the previous post, the best way to use these T5’s is by turning them on for 15 minutes every hour for about four hours (from “10am” – “2pm”), and leaving it at a stationary height of 36 inches above the canopy. This of course is not convenient for the majority of small time growers, so these bulbs are not for everyone."

i run 40%mh lamps in flower with my hps.but my mars 1600 does have ir built in and those flowers aint no better than the other plants. i think if it was me i would use one of those in a test tent on just a few plants before i tried it in my main room just based on that article and its ability to "stress" the plants.just be carefull with it is all im sayin.i could never use it in flower because im in there way too much,i would have to use sunblock to do my work haha.

Ya I got the room in my 4x8 tent to use them correctly though. And blasting for 2-3hrs straight seems like the way to get herms imo. 15min every hr from 9-3 would be perfect to me. Through the entire grow. These along with far red triggers I'm building for 15 mins on after lights out I think will produce some INCREDIBLE results in RDWC.

Does the sun put out uv in 15 min intervals?
That depends on the clouds.

Honestly the entire planet is bathed in ultra violet radiation and infrared for as long as sun light reaches the ground. Figuring out how long to run UV and or Infrared should not be that difficult to figure out.
