So apparently President Mujicas legalization effort will not only make Uruguay the first 100% legal country to fully lift its prohibition on cannabis,
But to undermine black market sales is setting the price RETARDED low. The equivalent of $2.50 USD per gram.
They can do this because apparently the legal cannabis industry will be ENTIRELY government controlled.
