I'm no expert but looking at your pictures, and then the plant problems
in GrowFAQ, it looks like they may be too close to the light.
Not sure tho, you can check the growfaq for yourself and try
and diagnose it.

Well.... 2 days of drying have gone by. I have to sample it. Some of the buds smell like hay. No good. Loaded a bowl and it burned pretty easily for only 2 days dry time. Took my first hit and the first words that came outta my mouth were "Yep.. Thats definitely pot." Lol. Not very harsh at all. Does have a bit of green aftertaste that should go away after properly curing it. Starting to feel a definite tingling in my lower extremities. Im gonna go put on some music now.

you think maybe that it was just a tricky sativa strain giving you a hard time?
my leaves dont do that even right up till i chop em
so i geuss it is a possibility that they were root bound, did you check afterwards?
o yeah how big of a pot are you using? (if i have room i use 5 gal. buckets)

I had the same issue. Sorry I only read from the top of this page so if u explained that u were flushing, etc. my apologies. But yes, this happened to me too. I had a mostly sativa plant that I chopped at the same point as you. My problem: 1. bad genetics (crappy mids started by accident) 2. after flowering began I waited waaaay to long to start flushing and prepping for the chop. 3. Once I did flush w/ "Old Bitch" Molasses the plant did precisely what yours did. The larger leaves that were left on the plant after the long flowering, died and crumbled in one day. Prognosis: Given that the flower cycle was so late ( I wanted to get the biggest punch from the crappy genes, they probably went too long and actually lost some punch) the molasses and excess H2O really fucked her up. It was my first grow and I learned a lot. My second grow however started much better, that is w/ much better genetics and very little nutes. Remember you are growing with CFLs and the plant is likely not gonna use a bunch of nutes. If you insist on more nutes do it gradually and get her acclimated to the condition. Please understand that I am no more experienced than you and I am just sharing my minute knowledge and the actions I suggest are simply what I have done differently. You definitely grew a nice plant there and like most ppl your next will be even better. Good luck. Oh, Ill add some pics, 1st-the old girl that was afflicted as was yours. 2nd and 3rd the 2nd grow. Oh they joy of good genetics! I have trichome pics from my veterinarian's microscope. The 1st plant, 2 weeks before harvest had mediocre trichs. The 2nd plant, after 5 weeks flowering had three times as many. Let me know, I can shoot those to you if interested.

Yo Snyder dat prob wiv da leaves may not be a prob,after a gud flush da plant as no nutes 2 feed on so it will find nutes by cannabalisin itz own nutes i.e. sugars from itz leaves dis is a gud sign ya no its near time 2 chop.Sumit 4 future ref diff strains react at diff times 2 dis action.I use dis reaction as a guide 2 wen 2 chop.Its never let me down jus never let it go 2 far or da plant will eat into its own bud thus reducin yield.So gud effort ma man an appy tokin.

Well... here we are. I dont know how much I got. I would have to say about 2 ounces. She only seemed to drop 25% in water weight. The smoke is retardly smooth. Just absolutely ridiculous. Huge hits and virtually no coughing. Still has the unpleasant hay aroma. Tastes super clean. Food tastes amazing and smells fantastic. Few days ago I invited this girl over that wanted to try smoking for the first time. So we start smoking and I put on some movies and she just starts giggling like crazy telling me how heavy her body was. It was awesome. Regrettably I dont have a camera to photograph the final product buddy still has it. Im starting my second grow now and will post pictures as soon as something happens.

Hell yeah man congrats on your successful grow...I'm glad everything worked out with your crop....Save a bud or two for when you get that camera back i would love to see some cured porn....Keep us up to date on your new grow also...What are you growing this time around badseed or strain of know origin??? Stop by my thread about the zombie plant i got a new grow going...Just put 6 plants into flowering and about to add my 150 HPS tommorow....
