Unsafe?

I just found these on Ebay...


IS that not gonna be unsafe, blow a socket or something? what about running two of those through an extesion cord plugged into a light timer?
Haha, I think there beast but kinda wierd, they can support 1000w between the four sockets.

I wouldnt run 2 off an extension but one from a mains and the other from a different mains plug should be fine. In theory.

that looks cool,would work great for side lighting. you could run two of those on a power strip.
