and it really shows, you are proud of that shit?
Sound like someone's compensating for a small bud complex.
His may not be a 10 inch cola, but it's got some serious girth and gets the job done.
When a woman is getting stoned by that cola, she knows she's getting stoned. :hump:
No doubt she can feel that cola for a long time afterwards.

It's not the size of the cola that matters, it's the devotion to the potion.

As he should:

Now, you come in here with are real agenda of dissing him because he saved some money using quality foods at a reasonable price and insult him. Keep your insults out of my thread.

Here you are with those leafless sticks in your avatar (reflects you do not know how to grow) and then have the stupidity to throw stones at a member who has some fine looking plants with retained healthy green leaves? :dunce:

Get outta here.......

His look good to us!

And you're proud of this shit?

Some one needs to learn some plant nutrition. That chlorotic sad looking leaf probably dropped within days of that photo. There's a lot of air spaces and little nugs you grew.

that sad looking plant in my avatar was the first plant that i ever grew. it was one of 6 plants that were growing under a single 600w light, i remove all of the lower growth on my plants because it never turns out to be anything worth keeping, it restricts airflow and makes the final harvest heartbreaking. every single bud i grow from the highest to the lowest is the same quality, something that cant be said for you and all the people who leave the leaves on the bottom of the plant to wither and die. lollypopping is a VERY common gardening practise as you should well know seeing as you are the tomato boss.

the plant in the second post always grows like that, it is an og strain that likes to stretch, especially when there are 15 of them under a single light, the buds are far apart but very very very very very dense no air gaps honest!!.

anyway i would have been willing to delete that post because i realise it was a stupid thing to do but i cant now because so many people copied and pasted it. to the guy i insulted i apologise, that bud does not look like something i would like to smoke, but then i don't have to. i usually try to only post positive comments on here, if i have nothing positive to contribute i leave, something that can't be said for uncle ben.

anyhow, i shall leave you fine folks to do your thing and i shall go about doing mine, if anybody wants to see how good i am at producing high quality cannabis (not how good i am at "growing") please sub to the thread in my signature.

Of course. I don't think you're capable of growing a plant which retains lower healthy leaves until harvest so you excuse it with the lollipop ruse or the "I pulled those lower leaves because......" drill. I've seen it a hundred times with newbs like you. It's a cover up for their lack of growing skills and understanding what makes a plant tick. Accordingly, what happened to the UPPER fan leaf, it looks like hell. Don't tell me, you started hitting them with AN bloom foods and supplements. Right?

Impman grew some fine looking plants. He finally gets it. What's your excuse?

So, How the buds form and grow are strain dependent? Kinda like cooters, For his strain, i would say he killed it.

Is what you are doing acceptable???? Geez, those pictures answer your question. They look great !!!!

A lot of people take their clones from the bottom. Reason stated , most nutrients because closer to the roots. I don;t know if that reason is legit. Some people take it from the very top. Reason stated, top tip has the most growth hormones It is necessary to remove some of bottom branches to allow air flow for indoor plants. this helps to prevent powdery mildew if you don't have humidity in control.

Guy's,

Thanks for all the kind words following Captain Apocryphal's lame attempt at an insult. It's always the ignorant and uninformed that seem to process the highest levels of envy. The picture of the bud he was insulting weighed 4oz, there was more mass in that top than Captain Apocryphal's whole garden. I understand why he's so jealous, and he should be.

Aloha,
Coot

UP-canning and root scoring is so brilliant. Instead of lolipopping aka d-bagging your plants, why not create a stronger root system?

So simple, so practical, yet Uncle Ben gets more shit on RIU than ANYONE (i.e. 500 likes on the most significant thread on RIU).

Here is why people like me hate(d) Uncle Ben: I spent, spend thousands at a grow shops. I read every Jorge and Ed grow book three times. I have no practical knowledge of plant science or applied science for that matter, but any book that says 'Marijuana" on it MUST BE RIGHT. WHAAAA? GREEN LEAFS THROUGH HARVEST?!?
Uncle Ben must be some evil crack head making up LIES! Green leafs through harvest, BAH! Isn't Jorge a doctor? Ed is a doctor for sure, right? He wears a lab coat in a picture, he knows how to grow weed, right!?! Tell me that these 20 year olds at the 15 grow shops in my small town know everything about growing weed, right?! Surely, they know more than stupid Uncle Ben, right? Why else would 100 companies make 10-75-50 Bubble Bloom Booster?!? But everyone PHs!! ITS IN EVERY GROW SHOP ! No way would the grow shops try and take all my money! They have to be honest! They have a shop specifically for Marijuana! They are good guys, right? Anything Lowes, Home Depot sells as far as plant nutrients is NOT for weed. That would be too easy, growing weed is only for the truly smart and IT cannot be compared with growing anything else on Earth!!!!!

No fucking way did I waste all that hard earned money, I worked for! I am a smart person, THERE IS NO WAY I WASTED MY MONEY. I didn't get the cure right UB, thats why the nugs tasted kinda funny, the leafs are suppose to be dead at harvest!!!

We all see UBs thread and for some reason we get angry at him for ripping us off. When I first read this thread I was Angry, shocked, and I immediately mistrusted UB. I started going through the posts and I saw the very few testimonials amongst the heavy insults. I did not begin practicing UBs techniques until I had NO other choices really, but to save money and time. What began was a lovely garden at a time in my life that I needed it to succeed so badly. Now I finally feel like I have so much to learn! I have so little knowledge of Plant Science and so little experience but I finally feel OK with that! I am emerging from a dark cocoon of bad info. That was a ugly, expensive, and time consuming road I was on before and I was going down it with a full steam of passion. Im lucky to get de-railed and to see the light. I hope that just one or two other people like me see this post and start to 'get it'. IT has almost been like a spiritual enlightenment if you will. I really love pot and I am sick of the top shelf prices like everyone. Now I can pay my electric bill and have medicine I feel i need.

I don't know why you post on here UB. Maybe its sympathy for us newbs, maybe its the few good guys and friends you have on here. I still have much to learn.
Thank you

I don't have humidity control or air flow control, lol. I was under the impression that the lower branches had more "rooting" hormones since they were closer to the roots... That's just me assuming, lol. Not that I think about it, there was really no basis for that assumption. Maybe it was just justification for lollipopping.

And THANKS for the kind words Kend and Cooter.
