Wow...that sucks dude! I'm so sorry to hear that! I used to have a cat that would break into my grow room and pull up my seedlings and eat them so I know the heart ache and the anger!

Any trap or sticky sheet,,,,,Should be placed along the wall, on the floor. Mice and rats travel along the walls first. Pest highway.

My vote is for using poison mouse baits - AS LONG AS you DON'T have a cat!

You want to TRAP and catch the mice. You do NOT want to put baits out. IF said mouse eats the bait, then crawls behind your walls and dies, guess what, its gonna cost $$ to hunt and tear out drywall, plaster, and repaint what you tore out.

Poison outside probably isn't the best idea either. We found out after the fact, that there was a mouse nest in the heater box of our car. That shit smelled FOREVER.... Lol

Yep, a cat will eat seedlings like nothing. Been there and done that. I grow in a closet where I watch tv, and have to go to lengths to keep them out. I love my little furry friends, but they're little pot thieves.
