UN Arms Treaty implemented without ratification?

It appears that some are claiming that the UN Arms Treaty of 2013 can be implemented without ratification by the Senate. This is because of some wording that states when 50+ nations ratify it (which happened in late 2013) it becomes international law in 90 days.

I say no, it cannot without ratification from our elected representatives which is impossible without ammending the Constitution correct?

Personally, I believe that we as a country will face forced disarmament. No idea when, but I do believe it will happen.

I'd love to discuss how it is strange that a US shell organisation like the UN is proposing/potentially enforcing something which is unconstitutional domestically through an "International Law" perspective and how should the US representatives to the UN not be tried for betraying the constitution...

...but I'm on slowdown because certain lefty b*****s can't have a conversation and only want opposing viewpoints shut down and certain mods are b***hboys for certain members and only too happy to oblige.

Maybe an ATTEMPT, but there's NO way in hell they'll get rid of them.

If anything, the attempt would be the catalyst to either get rid of the administration that attempts that shit, or to secede and start a new nation.
