Hi guys long time lurker and reader first time poster

over the past few months I have been developing my own take on pc grow cases and cabinet cases and thought I would share some pics and a test grow ( diesel ryder ) of the 1st prototype pc box ( up to the third prototype now but haven't taken any pics as of yet lol ) any thoughts opinions ideas ect would be greatly appreciated as I see a possible market in aus for these and am slowly working on getting my boxes into a few hydroponic shops ( the current pc and the current locker cabinets are hydro ) specs are 50 watt procyon led lighting , lcd touch screen control , 3x 90mm fans 1x120mm fan , carbon filter ( not shown in pics) Anti detection foil lining ( surprisingly I found this to be extremely tough stuff ) Cheers

That is one super sleek setup, totally sick man! What light cycle were the plants in under led lights and what did you end up pulling on that plant? Definitely surprised at what you can do with 50w led's; might have to try this because it looks just too cool hah!

Glad you liked it , will need to get a new camera so I can post some pics of the latest setup, not really a hydro guy but giving a hybrid setup a whirl currently , temp ranges are between 26- 30ish ( summers day ) degrees, the 120mm fan mounted on the top of the case beside the led runs 24/7 and when temps reach 27 degrees the other 3 90mm fans kick in at 50% power and when temps reach 30 degrees the fans go into 100% power , as a whole the the procyon led kit is amazing and deff worth the time and dollars its currently supporting 4 small ryders in the one cabinet ( scrog ) , dry weight from the 2 plants was around 1.6 ounce by memory which isn't amazing but this was my first ever attempt at growing anything what so ever so was pretty happy over all

Great stuff man.

Mounting wise, how customizable is the light fixture? Assuming you are trying to branch out to hydros, they're going to want to run either cfl's or hps bulbs for sure, curious to know how easy it would be to switch out the led's for cfl's and/or hps lighting; or am I misunderstanding you and your hydro setup no longer contains led's? Also for hydro are you just including the stuff or will there actually be fittings and what not to the computer case specific to hydro stuff?

So far it's definitely a clean setup and can't wait to see the new one.

Hey cupoftea the hydro set up is I'm a bigger lockable case running the 100 watt Procyon led and 2x t5 fixtures . The computer case is soil only for now but am half way through a micro acrylic areoponics set up which can be used in the pc case

everything is a work in progress ATM as I'm literally brand new 4 months or so since I first set out to grow / build
