that smellyberry absolutely stinks, very deep ribena smell with some of the phenos mixed with a sick (vomit) sour milk smell
it has phenotypes similar to cheese long stacking buds big calyx
very little leaf, along with blues it can be hard for some folk to tell them apart, by looks

after growing that strain my filter still smelt of ribena and puke even when the room was empty i vent from room to room so i can monitor the outlet directly
i had to replace the filter it was annoying

I'd suggest TMBGC for a nice UK Cheese clone only cut Abe. I actually thought you pick one up last weekend.

I too was in your shoes 2 years ago. Seen an smoked a few different variations of cheese had a good buzz an wonderful smell lol. So I tried cheese from 3 different companies an surprisingly dinafem seeds cheese one. A few of my friends couldn't get enough lol they literally were over everyday blazing it! The pheno I kept was a heavy indica an smelled amazing! I've since moved on to new an hopefully better things

No, we didn't have D & B raves back then. That came after. I believe it was the East End and yes I'm a Londoner!!

thought I did too! think I was too darn excited and distracted, somehow ended up with two Jedi :eyesmoke:

exodus was later on early to mid 90s, that was D&B N jungle, and techno

biology was in the late 80s that was oldskool

this was out 92-93 around the time exodus started

My 2013 phenohunting is Cheese based. I'm currently running E$kob@r's (Sannie's Breeders Choice breeder) CheeseBerry. She's a cross of his elite Cheese clone vs a Blueberry male from DJ short. (Skunk 1 vs Temple flo HTAF F1 Phenotype). I'm also running Kaliman's (UK based) Cheese #1 that they claim to be "the original Exodus Cheese cut in seed form". The mother is the famed and unforgettable 1989 cut. I believe it is this same cut that Sub crossed with SpaceQueen to develop the Dairy Queen that Abe mentioned earlier.

That all said; UK Cheese, Big Buddha's Cheese and Exodus Cheese are all very unique and distinctly different strains within the Cheese genre. TGA's Dairy Queen differs greatly from their CheeseQuake, as the latter is a UK Cheese cross all be it with his Querkle rather than SpaceQueen.

Goldie didn't even started Metalheadz til after mid 90's at Blue note. Prior to that we had jungle and I think cheese originated well before then, in London squats.

Goldie came much later, that was top of the pops style drum and bass

music that was played on the pirate stations and at raves long before Goldie, i never recall Goldie ever being played
the music went from oldskool/garage in 88-89 to hardcore in 90-91, 92-93 it was all jungle drum n bass which kind of merge with each other and techno
at least that is how i recall it in south london

hardly anyone was growing indoor pre 94-95 sunlight systems did not open in Stafford until around mid 90s
jungle fever was open in lewisham in 95

so i doubt cheese came as early as you say or at least was not popular since hardly anyone was growing indoor and a 1000w light cost £380 back then and that was just for the cheapy budget system from sunlight systems
