I'm afraid I still don't know the instance you are referring to.

In general terms, of course I understand what consent means and doesn't mean. Most people do, except many have a blind spot when it comes to idiotic concepts like "tacit consent" and "social contracts" etc.

Are you attempting to use innuendo as an argument? Or are you deriving some kind of prurient pleasure from your repeated attempts to start a conversation about some kind of child fetish you have?
