First, we don't know what crimes he will be indicted for and second, he would end up in jail for threatening prosecutors, regardless of the initial charges. It would be another case of Donald doing it to himself.

I was actually kinda hoping they'd find some serious Federal charges, and that he would be out of the election. But this Porn Star stuff sounds weak. Did he put our country in danger by having sex with a slut and then paying her to keep her mouth shut? Don't forget about the cigar guy, lol. The Hunter scandal sounds like more of a possible threat to our country than the Stormy stuff.

We don’t even know what the charges are. Might be felony. And there’s the other shit he’s facing that sure does seem even more severe.
