Your limited creativity makes me think you've never grown any plants in a closet or basement, because everyone on a weed site knows that's impossible right?

Find a map of "government owned land" which could be homesteaded by people, which of course would have several benefits if "allowed". First, it would give people pride of ownership in something which would have both a positive affect and effect. About how many roofs are underutilized ? With just a little reflection, I'm sure even a rude and unimaginative person like you could come up with something. Waiting for others to feed you though smacks of learned government dependency and is one of the reasons Simpletons like you have been trained to be helpless and controlled...apparently it's worked.

In most cities where some apartments are the size of a shoebox dedicating a closet or two to grow crops for a family of 4 is not gonna happen, man you have no idea ‘bout living in a big city.

think abandoned office space, strip stores turned into a cooperative to produce fruit, veggies.
