Joe won't lead chants of LOCK HIM UP! When Donald is under indictment and could very well be locked up, quite legitimately I might add. 
However imagine if you will, Jack flash gets convictions on Donald before the elections and perhaps a state or two with more pending. Donald is the republican nominee or even a Bull moose, currently incarcerated, and its election season. Joe and the democrats will have no trouble talking about convict Trump then, even with other ongoing trials and other legal processes. Depending on how things play out in court over the more than year and a half until the election, it could be very significant to the outcome of 24.
As far as I know most of the investigations are completed or in their final stages in NY, GA and with the feds, so indictments should be forthcoming, and the shit storm will begin in earnest. A year and a half is a long time, even in the legal world and for some of these serious criminal charges they have Trump very firmly by the balls with simple cases. Once Jack disposes of the pretrial motions and other bullshit, he will go hunting in a serious way and he is noted for his speedy approach to prosecution. The documents and obstruction cases are slam-dunks, there is little doubt about that, Trump confessed, there are a shit load of witnesses, and it is a serious time crime that won't take long at trial, and he has no defense. Appeals for such national security cases are made from inside a cell and Donald must be treated as others are treated for similar crimes, once he enters the "machine".

How many nails does Jack need to drive into Trump's fucking coffin! He has already got him by the balls over the documents case and now he caught him actually going through the boxes himself, tying him directly to obstruction of justice and proving he knowingly withheld documents that he stole.
When Jack busts Donald for this shit he is fucked, and it shouldn't take that long to fuck him either! He has no defense, was caught with the goods, handled the docs himself, obstructed justice and there are a ton of witnesses including his lawyers FFS! How caught does he need to be, and based on the prima facie case and the evidence, I can't see the judge setting aside too much time for the trial. Hard to say when Jack will put a bow on it, but he should be asking the GJ for indictments before too long.
This case is the real low hanging fruit, the easiest case to prove and get a conviction on, it is a slam dunk, even if they ignored the document charges he is as good as gone on a couple of obstruction counts, each carrying serious time.
