the legitimacy of the position of special counsel has been accepted without demur for 100 years so it seems ripe for clearing away, given their expressed points of view

ALERT: Special Counsel Jack Smith spokesman:
“The dismissal of the case deviates from the uniform conclusion of all previous courts to have considered the issue that the Atty General is statutorily authorized to appoint a Special Counsel. The Justice Dept has authorized the Special Counsel to appeal the court’s order”
Round 2 here we go, fingers crossed for a different judge this time, that will actually do something...
