The Constitution doesn't prevent a person with a fenony or any conviction on his record other than insurrection from serving as prez. For good reason too. Witness the uneven quality of judges in the US today. All one needs is for a political group to get a bad judge to stick a political opponent with a fenlony charge and that would be it. Also, it's ridiculous that people who have served their sentence can't vote, same with serving as prez, if they can get enough people to vote for them.If a convicted felon cannot vote, how could Trump be pres. if he is convicted of a felony,I'm not confident on the New York charges but he is going down in GA.and the Jan6/Mar-A-Lago will also lead to at least 1 fel. conviction between 2024-28.
Do you think Trump has any chance of winning the general election?
