Donald Trump compromises our national security & then . . . ruminates on being Speaker of the House.

15,520 views Oct 7, 2023 #TeamJustice
The New York Times reported: "Trump said to have revealed nuclear submarine secrets to Australian businessman."

Defendant Trump is on pretrial release in four felony cases: two state and two federal. If the law was applied as intended, Trump would be in a jail cell, detained pending trial. But he's not. Instead, he's ruminating about perhaps being the next Speaker of the House of Representative.

What's wrong with this picture?

Everything.

Jack Smith pushes back on Trump's attempt to move his documents trial until AFTER the 2024 election

Special Counsel Jack Smith just filed his opposition to Donald Trump's motion to move his classified documents trial until AFTER the 2024 presidential election.

The only remaining question is: will Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon cater to the president who appointed her to the federal bench by moving the trial 14 months down the road?

They should cut to the chase and ice his orange ass pending trial. They already have ample cause.

Jack Smith seeks to protect jurors from Trump; informs Judge Chutkan of Judge Engoron's NY gag order

232,694 views Oct 10, 2023 #TeamJustice
Special Counsel Jack Smith just filed a motion in Donald Trump's DC prosecution seeking to protect jurors from Donald Trump's dangerous speech and posts. The "Motion for Fair and Protective Jury Procedures" seeks to have the court use a juror questionnaire to streamline the jury selection process in the DC case, and seeks to prohibit Trump and his lawyers from publicly disclosing the identities of or attempt to communicate with prospective jurors in any way.

Notably, in the motion, Smith lays out Trump's "attack," via a social media post, on New York Judge Engoron's law clerk and the ensuing gag order imposed by the judge. By informing Judge Chutkan about Trump's most recent dangerous post, Smith seems to be priming the well in advance of the October 16 gag order hearing set in his DC case.

If the SCOTUS does not rule on this before the primaries, someone will take Trump off the ballot in their state, until they rule otherwise.

The sound you hear is Fulton County DA fani willis offering cooperating indicted defendants sweetheart plea deals if they agree to cooperate right now. Michael Popok of Legal AF explains why Trump Election Day coordinator and fake elector certificate mule Mike Roman better hurry up and take the deal offered or be shut out completely.

BREAKING: Donald Trump drops bombshell in court, tells a judge that he can’t be disqualified from running for President in 2024 because he was not required to “support the U.S. Constitution” when he tried to steal Biden’s win and incited an insurrection.

It all started when a major ethics organization filed a lawsuit in Colorado to ban Trump from the ballot under the 14th Amendment, which bans insurrectionists from running for office.

Trump and his lawyers responded, telling the judge that “The Presidential oath, which the framers of the Fourteenth Amendment surely knew, requires the President to swear to 'preserve, protect and defend' the Constitution — not to 'support' the Constitution. Because the framers chose to define the group of people subject to Section Three by an oath to 'support' the Constitution of the United States, and not by an oath to 'preserve, protect and defend' the Constitution, the framers of the Fourteenth Amendment never intended for it to apply to the President."

There you have it folks. Dictator Trump is now openly telling judges and courts that he never “supported” the Constitution as president — and if he is elected president again in 2024 — will continue to commit open treason against the Constitution of the United States of America

He never read the oath or was paying attention when he swore it! Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and neither is ignorance of the US constitution. Ignorance of the office and role of the POTUS is obvious, so is the stupidity. That's why they make you repeat the oath in public when they read it to you slowly Donald, to make sure you get it, but apparently he had no more understanding of the words than an average dog.

As Tawain said: "Take a dog in and make him prosper and he will not bite you, the same cannot be said for a man", and Trump like men in particular. The more ya know about Trump the worse he turns out to be! Not to worry Donald's day is rapidly approaching and he will descent the levels of Hell one trial at a time, starting with disqualification in December I figure. Then a trial on March 4th, right in the middle of the GOP primaries with desperate Donald looking at incarceration in DC before May of 24. Speaking of May his trial in Florida is due on May 03? Then there should be his TV trial in Georgia and Donald should be a convicted criminal and federal prisoner by then. That should put the final spike in the ole Don's coffin, the legal system and courts are gonna grind him into fine powder with the wheels of justice before cremation.

I mean look at what kinda Christmas poor Donald will have, his two codefendants convicted in Georgia and him disqualified from the republican primary! Shit with the money owing in NY and the receiver owning Donald's properties he could be evicted from Mar A Lago before Christmas. His above court calendar for 24 should guarantee a most unhappy new year with a spectacular national TV ending for America. Prisoner Trump (in orange?) on national TV facing yet more prison time in a slam dunk case that replays J6 to the public. Donald might be the only one among the half dozen defendants left for the second trial in a prison jumpsuit!

BTW his Georgia trial might happen during election season in the late summer of fall of 24, perfect timing for a replay of J6 with everybody watching Donald go down. Magats will watch with tears of rage and patriots will eat popcorn and celebrate justice done.

I dunno if it was planned to put Donald on national TV in an orange jumpsuit just before the election in 24, but it sure seems highly probable that it will happen! It looks like the trial in Georgia could happen after the DC and Florida trials and it looks like Trump will be a convicted felon in federal custody and perhaps sentenced in DC, before his Georgia trial even begins. Disqualification would just put him and the republicans out of their misery, though he will torment the GOP until he is jailed and maybe even after. The day they lock Donald up there will be a secret party among some republicans on capitol hill, it will be like a weight lifted from their shoulders. However, with Donald's TV trial in Georgia at the beginning of election season and mostly republicans testifying against him on TV, the curse will continue for a while!

After all, the President is above the law. "It is for others, not for me."

So is that Trump saying he did support an insurrection? Either he did or didn't. If he didn't then the 14th does not apply and he would go with that.

He might have to move out of Mar A Largo when the receiver puts it up for auction along with Trump tower and his other properties.
I'm pretty sure the whole reason a lifelong NYC real estate developer and socialite moved to a dump in Florida (It is so run down there are boxes of papers stacked up in the bathrooms) is because Florida's homestead law makes your primary residence judgement-proof.
