Usually watering every other day 1/4 gallon per plant, when dirt feels dry, alternating ph'd water and nutrient mix 1/3 strength FF base

So one of my 4 plants has started having some drooping leaves on the top half of the plant, bottom half looks good and healthy. The other 3 in the closet seem to be doing fine as well. Recently added a small fan to help move some air through the bottoms of the plants. Light is currently about 6-8" away from the plant in question, however, using the back of the hand test it doesn't feel hot, slightly warm. I don't have an IR thermometer to accurately check hot spots ATM. But there is another plant in there slightly closer that isn't showing any issues. All 4 plants get basically the same amount of water, usually every other day when the soil is dry on top. I'm kind of leaning towards underwatering as the issue. Or maybe need to water more frequently
