Top colas look and feel weird after drying

Hey, so I'm starting to trim my harvest (GG4) and I'm noticing a difference between my top main colas and the rest of the buds. The top cola sugar leaves are super crispy and the bud is really hard and dense. Dried at 60/60 for 11 days before placing in paper bags to sweat for a day. The top colas felt weird before sweating witch is what caused me to stop the drying process. The inside of the bud looks OK to me but it's my first grow so I don't know. Pretty sure I had too much n before chopping because my fan leaves were super dark green but unsure if that has anything to do with it. You can see the 3 main colas in my trim bin that stand out like dogs balls on a cat. Am I just tripping? Hahaha, Thanks.

Doesn't look worrisome to me . Likely just the colas being more mature than the lowers .
