Too much damn ham

I have a whole bunch of ham that needs used but I'm getting sick of soup and sandwiches. I'm no chef but I can follow a recipe. Any good dishes to help me get this used up? Maybe something I can use up some of this butter in the freezer and kill two birds? Not a super picky eater so throw em at me. Looking for some good eats tonight.

Why not freeze the ham in portions sized for future pots of soup? Don't overdose trying to eat a huge ham in just a few days.

Sorry...too late for tonight's dinner, but you can use chopped ham to flavor fried rice. Let me know if you want a recipe.

Yeah we have already frozen the majority of it. Just looking for some interesting new recipes to try out. Open to all suggestions.
