Too early to place under MH from led?

I have posted pictures of my plants. I have 5 females plants and 5 regular seed plants of undetermined sex. They are kinda growing slowly under the LED so I moved the seedlings into a new grow tent. The 1000 watt mH is about 5.5 feet above the seedlings as im only 5'8 and its head height. Should I put them back ?

They were doing fine under the LED
Move em back till they get to big for the container then repot and bring on the big light
