Toking to p90X

I know this thread is kinda old but I am on my 10th day of P90X and I am just now finally starting to be able to keep up with the damn work out. Shit is intense! As for smoking before the yoga, its all personal decision. I thought the Yoga session was definitely one of the hardest workouts (at least the first half). And to the guy who said to save toking for after working out so the muscles relax and heal themselves, I second that!

Yup nothin like burnin after a wrk out homie... I jus started Tryin meditations And stretches... And after hittin upsome nice kush or something more relaxing sedative like... Man it feels awesome doin it... But I guess it's preference...

nice job man. I just started it up again, gonna be my second time through. Yeah the workout are hard as hell. And then once you're done with the first 4 weeks and start a new routine, itll be hard again, but not as bad. But man does it ever work. And yeah, I've come to realize toking after the workouts is best.

ha, I actually started my new 90 day session yesterday! Ive let my self go alil these past few months and need to get the beach muscles back. smoked a nice blunt and promptly passed out right after I got done ab ripper lol.

p90x is dope. its a little hard for me to follow the eating habits since i'm an avid fast food eater, but ive done it in the past and this is by far one of the best work out routines, period.

i usually smoke after.

but lately i've been more into 20-40 mile bike rides and i usually smoke before and after my work out. as long as its not a blunt i dont have any problems breathing.

After the ab ripper! why didn't I ever think of that before. I actually just finished my workout today like 20 minutes ago, but yeah Im always dead after the abs. They always give a nice burn and a nice sore the next morning, shows it works. I just love it. Might smoke up my new vape soon and just relax today after that workout.. no munchies though, that's my problem

Ha yeah my biggest problem is gettin the munchies after my work out cuz of my routine smoke sesh afterward!

Have you tried getting peanuts or something? Maybe chewy bars. They're healthy, especially peanuts, or any kind of nuts really. They can kinda quench the munchies but you have to limit yourself. I usually drink a ready to drink chocolate myoplex shake afterwards, that might be something to look into

I just finished day 3 of P90x. I haven't even gotten to yoga yet, thats tomorrow. So far though, I've burned down immediately before every workout.

I literally exhale, do that thing where your like *ssshhhzzzzooooop* the Universe zooms in on you and says "There you are." Whats that called? Oh yeah, fuckin stoned.

So anyway, I exhale, shake it off, walk to the living room and hit play. It all has to happen this fast, other wise i'll get lost. You know what I'm talkin about.

It puts me in a haze during the workout and I don't really comprehend whats going on with my body as far as being tired or not tired. I do feel like I am able to pin point the correct muscles for the particular exercises, and my breathing is easier to control as well.

I just quit smoking cigarettes a few weeks ago too, and that has given me my sense of smell back. So now i can smell my sweaty balls and arm pits. Food for thought.
