Tiny Bubbles or Ultrasonic Fogger or both

I was wondering bout these tiny bubble systems and fogger systems.
I see that that stealthhydro company sells a bubbleponics system
---a stoner invented that "technology" name 4 sure
They also sell an ultrasonic fogger cloner.

From your experience of trying both the aerated water (tiny bubbles) and ultrasonic fogger, is one of them better than the other?
What about both tiny bubbles and ultrasonic fogging at the same time or is that -insane-?

the hydroponic system i got, has a speaker in the tank that really works. to make small bubbles. the finner the mist, the better.
