Timing lights help pls :D

I'm running a 12/12 time routine on my plants, because they're flowering, I left them on for 24 straight yesterday because I wasn't at my house, should I turn them off for 24 hours and then switch to 12/12 the next day?

any suggestions would help

just continue on the normal plan, and go to a hardware store and jut buy and outside light timer...they are like 15 bucks and make you day so easy, just plug a power strip into it and you will be golden

Yeah try not to do that to often. If you keep switchin the light cycle on the plant you could end up with a hermi.
