Just wanted to share my experiences with Timber's customer service.
2 times I've had to send a light in to Timber for repairs or modifications.
Both times @RainDan Went above and beyond to help me, even though 1 repair was my fault.
I sent a 2vl in for cob replacement due to the Angelica reflectors melting. Repair was done and 2vl returned in a very timely manner.
Second time was recently. I had 2 cobs burn out due to me installing graumau5 pucks on 2 of the 4 heatsinks along with 2 cobs. This caused voltage issues and I had a failure. I even started a thread bashing cobs. Still @RainDan was polite and offered to repair my light. Can't say enough good things about this company and their customer service. 1000% recommend Timber, you are in good honest hands if you go Timber. Thanks.
