Well, spraying just the leaves and stems, would cause the thrips to move onto the buds, making it harder to break the cycle. It will make the pistils brown, but imo, I'd rather deal with browned pistils, than possible loss of quantity, and quality. That just my opinion though. Do what you feel is right for you and your grow.Gotcha. I have sprayed them the last few days so I’ll take a small break then. I’ve been spraying top and bottom, and even rubbing the leaves with the solution, taking off the thrips by hand. So, it’s okay to spray directly on the buds as well? I’m spraying with dimmed lights just before lights out.
