Thought this might be a herm... now I don't know.

Woody Kush 26F, 1000W HPS, coco/soil 60/40, feeding MaxiBloom and CaMg.
Three of my plants have tops that have branched into three mains. On each of these plants, one of the 3 mains is fucking weird. It's lacking fan leaves, has large and multiple calyxes, and has a much smaller flower than the other plants in the room.

I initially thought this was a hermie, but now I'm not sure since I can't see any balls or bananas. Unless what I think are calyxes are actually balls? But there are pistils coming out of them...

I'm worried that these weirdo tops are going to sprout bananas and seed my room. I'll pull the plants if I have to, but I'd like to make sure first. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I apologize for the HPS photo -- If anyone would like, I can take some better ones tomorrow..

Is it from clone or seed? If it's from clone it's grower error. If its from seed it could be genetic like brothers and sisters don't all look the same.
Clones - could absolutely be my fault, but I'm not sure what caused it. Out of 33 plants only 3 are expressing a single cola that looks like this. So it's very out of the ordinary when compared with the other tops even on a single plant.

Thanks everyone for confirming it's not a herm - that at least takes a load off my shoulders!
